This Refund Policy applies to commercial software licenses sold by Double Star Games LLC through FastSpring.
1. Refund Window
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
2. How Refunds Are Handled
- All refund requests must be submitted through FastSpring, our authorized reseller.
- FastSpring processes refunds according to their procedures and payment method policies.
3. Software Licensing
Refunds do not alter or replace the terms of the applicable Software License Agreement.
Upon refund:
- License rights are revoked
- Continued commercial use is not permitted
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied:
- After the refund window has expired
- In cases of abuse or fraudulent activity
